Hiring: n8n Workflow Engineer / AI Systems Integrator (for Star Command Center OS)

We’re building something extraordinary — a next-generation AI Command Center that connects 15 AI archetypes (we call them “The Assembly”) into a single intelligent system that helps entrepreneurs run their business, manage goals, time, and operations through AI automation.

Our immediate mission is to build the Assembly inside n8n, connect each AI agent via the OpenAI API (later a private LLM), and integrate it with a simple website front end.

You’ll be working directly with our leadership team. All prompts, logic, and code for each agent are already written — we just need you to wire it all up into a working, automated system.

Position: n8n Workflow Engineer / AI Systems Integrator

Type: Part-Time to Start Leading to Full-Time
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap 2–3 hours daily with US Mountain Time (UTC-6)

Your Role

Build, configure, and optimize n8n workflows that connect multiple AI agents together.
Integrate OpenAI (ChatGPT / GPT-4) APIs using n8n’s HTTP Request and Function nodes.
Design logic for parallel execution, merging, error handling, retries, and response formatting.
Connect workflows to a Postgres or Supabase database for logging inputs/outputs.
Create webhooks for website ? n8n ? AI ? website communication.
Work with JSON data structures, modular workflows, and version control (Git).
Help prepare the system for future migration to our own open-source LLM server (you don’t need to know this yet, but curiosity helps).
Communicate daily via Slack or WhatsApp; attend one short weekly meeting to review builds and next steps.

You’re Perfect If You Have

Proven experience with n8n, Make (Integromat), or Node-RED.
Strong understanding of API calls, webhooks, and data structures (JSON).
Experience connecting OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs.
Some exposure to JavaScript or TypeScript (you’ll use n8n Function nodes).
Understanding of AI prompt design, LLM workflow chaining, or LangChain-style logic (bonus).
Experience using Supabase / PostgreSQL / Airtable as a backend.
Comfortable working with documentation and iterative builds.
Reliable English communication — able to report clearly, follow written specs, and ask smart questions.
An innovative mind — you enjoy figuring things out that haven’t been done before.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Amazing)

Front-end or full-stack experience (Next.js, React, or simple Node.js backends)
Familiarity with server setup (AWS / CoreWeave / LambdaLabs)
Prompt engineering experience
Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Understanding of automation in business systems (CRM, marketing, GHL, etc.)
