Transcribing Services

I'm looking for someone proficient in english to transcribe audio and videos into text. I will be sending 2-3 files every week sometimes more to be transcribed. transcriber must be able to remove ums and structure the sentences with proper punctuation. Wage rates are negotiable based on skills and speed. A sample of your work would be greatly appreciated to check for accuracy.
