About The Role
We’re looking for a rock-solid Technical SEO Specialist who can manage and implement SEO across 25+ client websites. You’ll work closely with a U.S.-based SEO Strategist and project managers to execute audits, track performance, and improve rankings for our clients in the MSP, IT, and telecom industries.

II. POSITION’S GOAL
Execute and deliver advanced technical SEO strategies across client websites with precision and efficiency.

This position ensures proper implementation of all technical SEO elements — including site audits, tracking setup, schema, and crawl optimization — while maintaining quality standards and supporting the SEO Strategist and Account Managers.
The Technical SEO Specialist will focus on the back-end elements of SEO (GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and technical fixes) to ensure high-performing, compliant websites that contribute to measurable ranking and conversion improvements.
Must be fluent in written and verbal English and comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based tea ---------- mbers daily in a remote environment.
III. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DAILY:
Execute technical SEO tasks across multiple client websites.


Perform website audits using Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to identify and resolve crawl and indexation issues.


Maintain and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and related analytics tools.


Optimize meta data, headers, internal linking, and image alt text.


Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and schema accuracy.


Collaborate with developers to correct technical errors (404s, redirects, sitemaps, canonical tags, etc.).


Follow all company SEO and quality assurance standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Record daily updates for all assigned tasks in ClickUp.


Communicate clearly and proactively with the SEO Strategist and Account Managers.


WEEKLY:
Participate in weekly operations meetings and 1:1s via Slack or Zoom.


Support keyword research and implementation as directed by the SEO Strategist.


Review analytics dashboards and submit technical recommendations for upcoming campaigns.


Maintain a clean backlog and provide weekly summaries of completed work.


MONTHLY:
Complete full client SEO health reports, analyzing site health, ranking performance, and crawl errors.


Contribute to monthly reporting insights by identifying technical improvements and performance trends.


Implement approved website and tracking updates based on monthly or quarterly plans.


Review all Google Business Profiles (GBP) for optimization opportunities.


QUARTERLY:
Perform comprehensive technical audits (Content, Technical, GBP, GSC).


Review and update schema markup, structured data, and analytics tracking configurations.


Recommend process enhancements and assist in documentation of SEO SOPs.


Participate in quarterly tea ---------- etings and skill development sessions.


ANNUALLY:
Participate in performance evaluations.


Attend annual end-of-year planning meetings virtually.


Complete at least one professional development course or certification related to SEO, analytics, or AI automation.
