We make content that drives revenue — fast.

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to work directly with our Founder on performance-driven short-form content for paid ads and organic. This is a contract-to-hire position designed for a creative who can strategize, execute, and scale high-performing assets daily.

Turn raw ideas into scroll-stopping creative that moves ROAS and drives purchases.
Your work will directly determine the performance of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.


----- Who You Are -----

• You’re a creative weapon who understands both storytelling and sales psychology.

• You think like a marketer — every frame, hook, and caption serves the conversion.

• You know short-form content inside out: TikTok, Reels, Shorts.

• You can edit, write, and design without waiting for someone else to “give direction.”

• You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield) to speed ideation, scripting, and iteration.

• You can craft hooks, headlines, and story arcs that grab in the first two seconds.

• You have past experience in performance-based creative — show us proof.

• You move fast, communicate clearly, and operate like an owner.


----- What You’ll Do -----

• Produce Daily Creative: 2–3 short-form videos + 5–6 images per day optimized for paid ads.

• Develop Creative Strategy: Identify winning angles, emotional triggers, and content structures that improve ROAS.

• Edit End-to-End: Cut, design, and publish high-impact videos using CapCut or Premiere, plus graphics in Photoshop.

• Write Copy That Converts: Hooks, captions, and headlines tailored for paid performance.

• Analyze + Iterate: Review creative metrics (ROAS, CPP) and adjust creative direction daily.

• Use AI as a Force Multiplier: Integrate Claude, ChatGPT, or Higgsfield to accelerate ideation and production.

• Collaborate Directly With Founder: Align creative direction, review performance, and scale what’s working.

• Systemize Output: Build repeatable templates, workflows, and testing structures for faster turnaround.

----- Requirements -----

• 2–4+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or DTC content creation.

• Proven portfolio showing ads or content that generated measurable results.

• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling instincts.

• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, etc.) to increase speed and quality.

• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: $1,600 USD

Performance Bonus: Based on ROAS and cost-per-purchase improvements
