We are a boutique stationery brand producing flat/folded notes, envelopes, gift tags, thank-you cards, invitations, liners, stickers, cups, napkins, and wine tags. You will receive clear briefs and either compose final layouts from original design elements we provide or create simple variations of existing designs. Light use of stock or AI illustration and vector tweaks may be part of the work.
Responsibilities: lay out stationery sets and small collections from provided concepts/assets; export press-ready CMYK PDFs with 0.125–0.25" bleed and crop marks; prepare tidy digital proofs; organize working files; follow vendor needs for digital print, foil, and letterpress/spot color; communicate progress via Slack or
Requirements: Canva Pro and Adobe InDesign + Photoshop (Illustrator a plus); print production basics (CMYK, bleed/crops, safe zone 0.25"); strong typography and spacing; reliable device and stable internet; clear written English; follows detailed instructions.
Deliverables: editable Canva link or press-ready CMYK PDF per design; digital proofs (JPG/PNG); Adobe working files on request.
Standards and timing: turnaround 24–48 hours for simple sets and 3–4 days for small collections; up to 2 rounds of revisions per design; file naming: Client_Product_Date_v1.pdf.
Hours and pay: part-time 10–20 hours per week (flexible); hourly, paid weekly; 13th-month/holiday considered; two-week paid trial (~10 hrs/week).
