Youtube Editor/ Social Media Manager

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to help me with managing and maintaining my e-sports tournament youtube channel, which includes jobs like:
- Creating Thumbnails for the videos
- Timestamping the videos
- Updating the video descriptions as necessary
- Creating Edits of our tournament VODs for Youtube shorts, IG Reels etc.
- Creating graphics for our socials or e-sport events

Would help a lot if you watch & follow e-sports as well as play e-sport games (League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Super Smash Brothers, Tekken, Street-Fighter, 2XKO) as you will be better able to see the vision
