About the Role
We’re a performance-driven affiliate marketing team hiring an experienced TikTok Media Buyer VA from the Philippines. You will run and optimize TikTok ad campaigns using our ad accounts, cards, pixels, and landing pages. No creative production required—this is pure media buying, execution, and optimization following our SOPs and daily launch/scale rules. Daily video stand-ups (camera on).
Compensation:
$5/hour (full-time)
Weekly bonus: 5% of weekly ad spend (Average spend is $25-$30k / Week)
Estimated monthly: $5500-$6500 (based on hours + bonus)
Paid weekly on Fridays
Work Hours:
Full-time: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
Saturday off
Daily 30-minute video call (camera required)
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Launch and manage TikTok campaigns (ABO/CBO) using our ad accounts and payment cards.
Follow daily testing matrices, naming conventions, pacing, and spend allocations.
Set up/verify event mapping (e.g., CompleteRegistration / button clicks) with our pixels.
Monitor performance in real time (CTR, hook rate, CPC/CPM, CVR, button-click %, CPL/CPI).
Apply kill/scale rules promptly; duplicate winners; adjust budgets/bids safely within SOPs.
Route traffic only to our approved prelanders/landers; A/B test variants we provide.
Maintain meticulous logs (spend, results, approvals/disapprovals, notes per ad account).
QC links, UTMs, click IDs, and tracker parameters before launch.
Prepare concise daily wrap-ups and join the 30-min on-camera stand-up.
Escalate policy, delivery, or billing issues immediately with proposed next steps.
Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven experience as a TikTok Ads media buyer (ideally 1–2+ years) handling real budgets.
Strong grasp of paid social fundamentals: audience, creative iterations, ABO vs CBO, pacing, budget controls.
Comfortable decisioning fro
Hands-on with tracking (Keitaro/RedTrack/Voluum or similar) and parameter hygiene (UTMs, click IDs).
Fluent English (B2+), clear communicator on camera and in chat.
Reliable workstation, fast internet, backup connectivity, and ability to work 6:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri.
High integrity, policy-compliant operations, follows SOPs precisely, documents work, and meets targets.
Nice-to-Have (Plus Points)
Familiarity with Octo Browser/profiles & proxies.
Experience routing to Netlify/Funnelish-hosted landers (no coding required).
Experience with CPI/SOI/GPT-style affiliate funnels.

How We Work
