About the Role
Forward Furniture is looking for a skilled and analytical
Your mission will be to take over our existing Klaviyo account — review what’s working and what’s not, improve performance through data analysis and split testing, and create new high-converting
This role is perfect for someone who loves data-driven decision making, creative campaign building, and constant optimization.
What You’ll Do
Review all current Klaviyo campaigns and flows to determine which are performing best and which need improvement.
Analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue generated) and make strategic adjustments.
Build new automated flows for:
Customer reactivation (bring-back campaigns)
Product launches and new arrivals
Abandoned cart and post-purchase follow-ups
In-store promotions and seasonal campaigns
Run A/B tests to improve results through design, copy, and send-time optimization.
Work closely with the company owner to execute ideas, receive direction, and implement approved strategies.
Provide performance reports with actionable recommendations each week.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience working inside Klaviyo — you must know how to build, edit, and optimize flows and campaigns from scratch.
Strong knowledge of
Experience testing and optimizing campaigns for improved conversions.
Creative, strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Clear written communication and a self-starter mindset.
Nice to Have
Background in eCommerce or retail
Experience building campaigns for both online and physical store audiences.
Understanding of Klaviyo revenue tracking and analytics dashboards.
Compensation & Hours
Part-time position: 20 hours per week
Hourly rate: Based on experience and skill level
