Australian Mortgage Loan Processor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications — from initial submission through to final approval. You’ll work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient loan process for every client.

Experience using Connective is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect and review borrower documentation including income, assets, credit reports, and employment details.
• Ensure all loan applications are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages to underwriting.
• Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, and team members throughout the process, providing updates and requesting additional information when needed.
• Order and track appraisals, title reports, and other required documents.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized loan files.
• Support management with additional duties and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Connective and loan origination software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
