About Us:
Cowtown Logistics is a fast-growing freight brokerage based in the U.S. We connect shippers with trusted carriers to move freight efficiently, safely, and on time. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven Appointment Setter to help us build relationships with new shippers and set appointments for our sales team.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for researching potential shipping companies, gathering contact information (email, phone, LinkedIn), sending outreach emails, tracking replies, and notifying our team when a prospect responds. Your work will help open doors for new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify shipping and manufacturing companies that fit our target market (Flatbed, Dry Van, Step Deck, RGN freight, etc.)

Collect accurate contact details (emails, websites, phone numbers, decision-makers)

Send outbound emails using our templates and tracking systems

Follow up with prospects regularly and manage communication records

Notify our U.S. team (especially Josh) immediately when a prospect replies or requests a call

Maintain organized spreadsheets or CRM entries for all outreach activities

Requirements:

Excellent written English and attention to detail

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Experience with email outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting

Reliable internet connection and daily availability during U.S. business hours (or overlap)

Experience with logistics, freight, or transportation is a plus, but not required

Work Hours:
Full-time (with daily reporting and communication)
