Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Gold Glove Offers dynamic real estate team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by conducting high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify leads, managing CRM systems to maintain accurate records, and ensuring data integrity across platforms. You’ll track key performance metrics, generate actionable reports, and collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies. This role also involves sending follow-up communications to nurture leads, responding promptly to inquiries, and aligning with marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and an excellent communicator with a proactive mindset and a passion for building relationships. Real estate experience is a plus, and familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
