Summary
Hi! I’m looking for someone who can think like a strategist, recognize high-converting copywriting, and execute like a project manager. You must care deeply about clarity, empathy, results, and people. You will be heavily involved in social media efforts (a new effort for us), and you will also assist our contractors/agencies in the areas of
WHO WE ARE
We are Pediatrics Board Review (PBR), a company founded by a physician (me) that helps pediatricians pass their board exams.
We are not just a content provider. We are a lifeline for overwhelmed, high-achieving doctors. Some are first-timers. Many have failed before and are afraid of failing again. We have helped more than 10,000 pediatricians, including those who failed for 10+ years, finally pass.
We combine:
• High-yield medical education
• Multimodal learning (books, video, audio)
• Test-taking strategy and mindset coaching
• Deep support for physicians under pressure
We are a small, mission-driven team making a real difference. Marketing is how we reach, teach, and serve more physicians who need our help.
OUR CORE VALUES
We care more about how we work than how flashy your resume looks. Our best tea
• NO DRAMA: Humble, flexible, team player, coachable
• ALTRUISM: Selfless, compassionate, radically honest
• INITIATIVE: Growth mindset, proactive, innovative
• INTELLIGENCE: Strategic thinker, articulate, detail-oriented
• EXCELLENCE: Hardworking, dependable, consistent, high integrity
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We are very new to social media, and this will be your primary area of impact. You will help us establish a strong presence while also supporting our ongoing efforts in
We already have strong brand trust. You will help us grow it, scale it, and sharpen it. This is more than content. It is connection, empathy, and transformation delivered through the right strategy, at the right time, to the right person.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will not be doing this alone. You will work very closely with the CEO (me), a 15+ year entrepreneur with enough skills in the areas of copywriting, design, CRO, SEO, etc. to be extremely helpful, but not considered an expert.
DELIVERABLES
Lead and manage our social media presence across platforms such as

Monitor and help keep paid marketing efforts on track, ensuring regular reporting and actionable insights—especially important for our seasonal business cycles.
Create and manage marketing content aimed at various goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, education, and sales.
Track key performance metrics to identify what strategies are working and where improvements are needed.
SOCIAL MEDIA
This is where we have our biggest gap. We have a high-level plan in place, but we need the help of an experienced social media marketer to turn our ideas into reality.

Assist in developing and implementing new ideas and promotions.
PAID MEDIA SUPPORT
We have agencies helping with existing paid marketing efforts, but we need a bit more organization to ensure that seasonal efforts and budget adjustments are made appropriately. You’ll help with those efforts and also collaborate with the agencies on new promotions and ideas.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Additional areas of assistance may include

You care about making an impact, not just about metrics.
You can thrive in a remote team and deliver without micromanagement.
You are comfortable being held accountable.
You are available for at least 5 hours of overlap with typical office/working hours in the HST timezone.
YOU WILL NOT BE A GOOD FIT IF:

FINAL NOTE
This role is about more than growth metrics. It is about helping PBR create a massive impact in the lives of pediatricians. Through meaningful social media presence and coordinated marketing support, you will help us connect with physicians in ways that truly change lives. If you are excited to build something meaningful, make people feel seen, and take ownership of your craft, we would love to meet you.
Looking forward to meeting you.
