We’re expanding our team and looking for a Credit Repair Dispute Specialist who’s passionate about consumer law, attention to detail, and getting real results for clients.
As a Credit Repair Dispute Specialist, you’ll be responsible for analyzing client credit reports, identifying inaccurate or unverifiable information, and preparing effective dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies. You’ll work closely with our internal team to ensure timely updates, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze client credit reports (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
Identify inaccuracies, outdated, unverifiable, or incomplete items
Draft and send dispute letters using FCRA, FDCPA, and CFPB guidelines
Track dispute progress and follow up with bureaus and creditors
Maintain accurate documentation and updates in the CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
Communicate progress to tea
Stay up to date on credit laws, Metro 2 compliance, and dispute strategies
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in credit repair or credit dispute processing
Strong knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and CFPB laws
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines
Experience with credit monitoring tools (IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, etc.)
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Client Dispute Manager, or similar software (a plus)
Must be organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
