JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and versatile Filipino remote professional to join our team as a Graphic Designer, Website Manager, and Social Media Account Manager. This role starts at ~10 hours per week (flexible scheduling) with strong potential to grow into full-time as workload and performance increase.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Design (Webflow + Web Design Skills):Update and maintain the corporate website using Webflow (strong web design skills required – clean, responsive, UX-focused layouts).
Post news, updates, and announcements in the News section as needed.
Keep site fresh, functional, and aligned with brand standards.

Graphic Design & Promotional Materials:

Design pitch decks, promotional materials, banners, and marketing assets using Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Social Media Management (Corporate & Non-Profit):Manage X.com (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn for the company.
Manage social media and website for the company’s non-profit foundation.
Schedule posts, write captions, and maintain consistent brand voice.

Video Content & YouTube Management:
Upload full news/TV clips to the corporate YouTube channel.
Clip and edit key segments (15–60 sec) for X.com, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc..
Optimize titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.

Collaboration & Communication:

Coordinate via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Attend short check-in calls and deliver on deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven Webflow experience (portfolio required).
Strong web design and graphic design skills.
Excellent written and spoken English (professional fluency).
Proficient in Microsoft Teams & Outlook.
Experience managing corporate social media.
Video editing & clipping (TV ? short-form social) using CapCut, Premiere, etc..
Reliable, proactive, and deadline-driven.

Tools & Software:
Webflow (required)
Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
Social scheduling tools & YouTube Studio
