Social Media Outreach Manager (Model Recruitment) (work from home 15 hours a week)

Your Responsibilities:
• Reach out to prospects and potential models on Instagram using provided scripts and outreach templates
• Follow a KPI target for the number of outreach messages sent daily
• Upload all new leads and conversations into Airtable
• Maintain organized logging of replies, responses, and model status updates
• Communicate effectively with the internal team for follow-ups and progress reviews



Requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experienced with Instagram outreach and familiar with creator/agency environments
• Basic understanding of Airtable or CRM tools (training provided)
• Laptop/computer with reliable internet
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with social media and digital creators



USD $5/hour + performance bonuses based on outreach quality and results
• Paid weekly every Monday
• Potential for bones and promotion

Working hours:

7 hrs per day from Monday-Thursday (8AM-12PM EST)
-16 hours per week approx… in the start but are candidates will need to be open to work more hours if necessary.
