We’re looking for an experienced Facebook Ads (Meta) Media Buyer to manage high-spend e-commerce campaigns across multiple brands.
This is not an entry-level role. You must have a proven history of scaling Meta ads for DTC brands, optimizing for MER, ROAS, and profitability — and be able to show proof of results.

If you’ve managed over $10K/month in spend and can demonstrate a clear testing, scaling, and optimization framework, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Build, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager.

Develop and execute creative testing frameworks and scaling structures.

Manage CAPI (Conversions API) and Pixel tracking to ensure accurate attribution.

Analyze performance by campaign, audience, and creative — optimizing for efficiency and volume.

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to identify top-performing hooks, formats, and offers.

Build weekly reports summarizing key learnings, wins, and next steps.

Stay current with platform updates, algorithm shifts, and new Meta ad products.

Requirements

? 3–5+ years experience running Facebook Ads for e-commerce brands.
? Proven experience managing $50K+ monthly spend.
? Deep knowledge of Meta ad structure, testing frameworks, scaling strategies, and attribution.
? Strong experience with Shopify, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards.
? Excellent English communication and analytical writing.
? Must be data-driven, structured, and results-oriented.

Preferred Experience

? Experience with Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) and CAPI Gateway or GTM server setup.
? Familiar with other paid channels (TikTok, Google, etc.) but focused on Meta.
? Experience working directly with UGC creative and influencer content for ads.
