Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Virtual Assistant who is:

Skilled in using GoHighLevel CRM (funnels, pipelines, workflows, SMS/email campaigns).

Confident in closing inbound leads via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with credit repair industry basics.

Able to manage and update client information, appointments, and follow-ups within GHL.

Responsibilities

Respond to new leads quickly through text, call, or WhatsApp.

Follow up with prospects using automated GHL workflows.

Track leads through pipelines and update statuses in real-time.

Schedule consultations for the owner or sales team.

Send onboarding links, intake forms, and follow-up messages.

Use GHL to manage sales campaigns and track conversions.

Report daily/weekly progress on leads and sales metrics.


Requirements

Experience using GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, workflows).

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with credit repair or financial services (preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and headset for calls.
