We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support content
creation, scheduling, and analytics across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is organized,
creative, and proficient in digital tools used to manage and distribute marketing content
efficiently.

- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely posting across all platforms.
- Organize and store creative assets in Google Drive using consistent naming conventions.
- Collaborate with the team on campaign planning and performance tracking.

- Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and
- Ensure all posts are optimized and formatted according to each platform’s requirements.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as directed.

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for use across platforms.
- Add captions, branding elements, and visual effects aligned with the brand style.
- Create simple graphics or repurpose existing templates using tools like Canva or CapCut.

- Track post performance, including views, likes, engagement, and conversions.
- Update spreadsheets with weekly and monthly metrics.
- Provide insights on trends, performance, and optimization opportunities.

- Communicate daily via WhatsApp for updates and collaboration.
- Attend weekly virtual check-ins to review deliverables and priorities.
