eBay Expert – USA/UK Germany Marketplace

We’re looking for an experienced eBay Expert who understands the US/UK/Germany marketplace inside out, from product research to listing optimization, order management, and account health.
Your job is to grow sales, protect account health, and improve listing visibility using proven strategies in either the USA/the UK, or Germany.

???? Key Responsibilities

Conduct profitable product research using tools like Zik Analytics, Terapeak, or Helium 10.
Create, optimize, and manage high-converting listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, item specifics).
Monitor account health metrics (defect rate, late shipment, tracking upload).
Handle returns, disputes, and buyer messages with professionalism.
Manage orders, inventory, and daily fulfillment tracking.
Analyze competitor listings and identify pricing opportunities.
Run Promoted Listings and monitor ad ROI.
Stay updated with eBay’s latest policy and algorithm updates for the USA/UK or Germany market.

Qualifications

? Minimum 2+ years managing or assisting with eBay in either the USA/UK or Germany stores
? Proven track record in product research, listing optimization, and account recovery
? Strong knowledge of US marketplace trends, keywords, and compliance policies
? Proficiency in tools like:

Zik Analytics, AutoDS, DSM Tool, Terapeak, or similar

Canva or Photoshop (for product images)
? Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal)
? Reliable internet connection and strong attention to detail

???? Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Experience managing multiple eBay accounts
Knowledge of Amazon-to-eBay dropshipping or or two step dropshipping
Basic understanding of eBay SEO and advertising analytics
