Customer service (Real Estate / Home Services)

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to assist with client outreach and tenant support in our real estate and home services business. You’ll call potential clients to understand their needs, schedule appointments and follow-ups, and respond promptly to tenant messages while coordinating issue resolution.

Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Friendly, organized, and dependable.
Experience in customer service or real estate is a plus.
Comfortable using CRM systems and online communication tools.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
