Finance Officer (EO)

Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, trustworthy financial executive to help manage, scale, and systemize the financial engine behind a growing ecosystem of companies — including New Gen Solutions (consulting & funding), New Gen Media (marketing), and Melara Holdings LLC (holding/trust structure). You’ll play a direct role in managing cash flow, budgets, tax efficiency, and financial strategy that supports multi-company growth and inter-company operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee company financials, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
• Manage inter-company loans, management fees, and trust distributions.
• Track KPIs: revenue, net margins, project costs, and department budgets.
• Coordinate with CPA for tax filings, write-offs, and entity-specific deductions.
• Optimize account structures across Stripe, Maverick, and business credit lines.
• Build financial SOPs for billing, late fees, and systemized payments.
• Prepare quarterly financial briefings for the CEO and CPA.
• Assist with funding, refinance, and capital allocation for real estate & business projects.

Qualifications
• 3+ years in financial management, accounting, or controller roles.
• Strong understanding of LLCs, Holding Companies, and Trusts.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or Notion dashboards.
• Comfortable handling confidential data and high-level financial decisions.
• CPA background preferred (not required).
