We’re looking for a highly motivated and reliable Sales Appointment Setter to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent English communication skills, a friendly personality, and a proven ability to turn inquiries into booked appointments.

Position: Sales Appointment Setter (Remote)
Schedule: Evenings and Weekends, U.S. Time (PST preferred)
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (as agreed)
Pay: $4-$8/hour + performance bonus (based on booked appointments)

Responsibilities:
- Answer all inbound calls from leads and customers promptly and professionally
- Call back incoming and missed leads quickly and convert qualified leads into appointments
- Follow up with web form leads, messages, and inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Ask qualifying questions to determine fit before booking
- Schedule appointments for sales reps using our CRM (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and bookings
- Handle basic customer questions (training and scripts provided)
- Route or escalate complex issues to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers
- Follow up on no-shows and reschedules
- Use the CRM to document your activity
- Generate reports on lead flow using the CRM
- Monitor CRM for missing information and data accuracy
- Utilize Google sheets to compile and summarize data
- Deliver friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication every time

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English: clear, confident, and personable
Strong phone communication and active listening skills
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and following a conversation flow
Available during evenings and weekends (U.S. hours)
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Experience in appointment setting, call center, or sales support preferred
Familiarity with CRMs (PipeDrive, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus

STEP 3: Technical Check
Take a speed test at speedtest.net and include a screenshot of your results.

Confirm your internet provider and backup plan if your internet goes down.
