Real Estate Cold Caller (Wholesaling Experience Required)

As a Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential homeowners, realtors, or wholesalers interested in selling their properties.

We are looking for someone who is willing and wanting to grow into a lead manager and closer over time.

Location: Remote

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, 5 days a week
Monday to Friday
Calls will be shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential homeowners, realtors, or wholesalers within the designated hours.
- Engage with homeowners in a professional and persuasive manner.
Lead Qualification:
- Determine the homeowner's interest in selling their property.
- Gather essential information to assess the viability of the lead.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call and interaction.
- Submit completed leads promptly to the designated team.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate with tea ---------- mbers to provide updates on progress.

Adherence to Schedule:
