Real Estate Acquisitions Closer (Wholesaling Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Manage and qualify inbound leads through phone calls, engaging with potential sellers or agents to uncover their motivations and goals.
- Daily Dials and Talk Time: Complete 100 dials or maintain two hours of talk time daily through inbound and self-generated leads.
- Close Ratio: Close a minimum of one new contract per week
- CRM Mastery: Utilize Go High Level CRM to log interactions, track leads, and maintain up-to-date records of all communications.
- Pipeline Management: Guide sellers or agents through the sales process with empathy and professionalism, building rapport and negotiating property acquisitions at a deep discount.
- Task Management: Complete all morning and end-of-day tasks to ensure efficient lead follow-up and pipeline flow.
- Communication and Collaboration: Stay available and responsive from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, coordinating with the team to meet company goals.

Qualifications
- Real Estate Knowledge: Proficiency in real estate investing principles and property transactions is strongly preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales, with experience negotiating and handling objections effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Previous experience using Go High Level CRM or similar platforms to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Driven and Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to meet daily call and talk-time targets consistently.
