We’re looking for a Lead Social Media Manager who can help us grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts - and lead a small but mighty team to new heights.

What you’ll be doing:
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3 SMMs
• Build and execute content strategies across multiple platforms
• Review and approve content, ensuring quality and alignment with brand voice
• Give constructive feedback and help your team grow their skills
• Track and analyse performance, providing actionable insights
• Stay on top of trends and suggest creative content ideas
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of social media experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of platform-specific strategies (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, FB, YouTube Shorts)
• Confident in content strategy, performance tracking, and team communication
• Hands-on with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Slack, ClickUp, and Google Workspace
• A creative mindset - and the ability to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content
