Digital Marketing Manager – Construction Company

We are a construction company looking for a sharp, top-rated digital marketer to join our team. This person will create and manage social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube), and help us grow our brand online.

We’re looking for a true leader — someone who doesn’t need to be managed, knows what they’re doing, and can deliver real results. This position comes with a fixed salary plus commission based on jobs sold through the ads you create.


What You’ll Do:
1. Create chic, eye-catching posts and upload them daily on our social media platforms.
2. Work with leadership on brand strategy and new content ideas.
3. Edit videos and reels with stylish graphics and visuals.
4. Create and manage ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
5. Build and monitor Google Ads campaigns, and make adjustments when needed for better results.
6. Reply to potential clients in a friendly way and help schedule initial phone calls with our manager.
7. Provide weekly performance reports for all ad campaigns.
8. Work with management to target specific neighborhoods and zip codes.
9. Coordinate with our sales team and track audience performance.


Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
2. 5+ years of experience running Meta and Google ad campaigns.
3. Strong eye for design – able to create clean, attractive visuals.
4. Skilled in video and photo editing.
5. Detail-oriented: review campaigns daily and provide weekly updates.
6. Professional and friendly when communicating with clients.
7. Strong portfolio showing both design and video work.
8. Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
9. Organized, creative, and proactive.

Work Details:
Hours: Full-time
Compensation: Negotiable (base + percentage on sales from ads)
