Virtual Assistant - Social media marketing, video editing,

Hello,

My name is Joel and I am a real estate agent in the USA who runs a real estate team looking for a virtual assistant. The person for this position should be to create social media graphics, editing of videos for reels (basic editing required, willing to learn more advanced levels of editing), and be motivated to learn my business so they can help it grow. Other tasks include posting content, lead generation via emailing or databases, and

There are content pieces that I would ask you to replicate in the interview process to see that you have the skills to do it. Please dont waste either of our time if you cannot or will not replicate these.

I am looking for someone to start at 20 hours a week at first. My goal is to find a true partner who will help me increase my business growth and in turn I will increase their pay, provide them bonuses, flexible hours etc. This person needs to be willing to learn my business, the area I work to understand what kind of content to help create, etc.

My business is commission based, meaning I do not get paid unless I make a sale on a house. If you help grow my business, then besides the base pay, I will give you part of commissions you help generate. I want someone who doesn't view this as just a job, but is invested in it as a partnership.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, please respond telling me why you think you would be a good fit. You dont have to know anything about real estate as of yet. But you do need to be motivated, have skills relating to social media content, follow systems/directions and be a good communicator.

About me: I am kind, respectful, and straight to the point type person. I will always treat you with respect and I expect the same in return. I am flexible with work schedules but I do have certain expectations. This job does require some of me "managing" you at least first, but the goal is ultimately you understand what I am looking for and therefore there is a lesser need for me to "manage" once you've learned the job.
