About Us
At DIGITAL DELIVERY LLC, we design and deliver innovative electrical and automation solutions that power some of the most demanding industrial environments. We’re a team of builders, problem-solvers, and engineers who take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship.
We’re growing fast and looking for a Motor Control Center (MCC) Bucket Technician to help us raise the standard for quality and reliability in every system we build.
About the Role
As our MCC Bucket Technician, you’ll play a key role in building, retrofitting, testing, and troubleshooting MCC buckets and motor control equipment. You’ll work hands-on with contactors, VFDs, soft starters, and protection devices—owning the full process from assembly to commissioning.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our engineering team during site visits to ensure each system meets the highest performance and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
Assemble, wire, and test MCC buckets for across-the-line, reversing, VFD, and soft-starter applications.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues down to the device and wiring level (120–480V three-phase).
Read and interpret one-lines, schematics, and BOMs, updating as-built documentation as needed.
Configure and program VFDs and relays, perform FAT and functional testing.
Apply NFPA 70E, LOTO, and arc-flash safe work practices at all times.
Log work in our CMMS and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams during periodic visits to our Florida HQ.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of hands-on experience with MCCs and motor starters.
Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Eaton, Siemens, or Schneider Electric systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills using multimeters, meggers, and torque tools.
Ability to read, interpret, and mark up electrical drawings.
Basic understanding of PLC I/O and industrial automation principles.
Excellent communication, organization, and a strong safety-first mindset.
U.S. work authorization and the ability to travel up to 20%.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Flexible remote setup with periodic on-site collaboration.
Training and development support—because we believe great technicians never stop learning.
A culture built on teamwork, integrity, and craftsmanship.
