Virtual Assistant – AI Video Creation (HeyGen) for Insurance Marketing

We’re a California-based insurance agency creating professional marketing videos for social media and our website. We want to produce a 2–2½ minute video using HeyGen that features our company principal’s image and cloned voice, with clean, professional editing and branding.

Responsibilities


• Use HeyGen to generate an AI-video using provided image, script, and voice sample
• Edit the video: add branding, captions, transitions, intro/outro, and music
• Adjust pacing and flow to make the final product clear and engaging
• Export final versions in multiple formats (YouTube 16:9 and Instagram 9:16)
• Manage project files and maintain clear communication during production

Requirements


• Proven experience creating videos in HeyGen (please include sample links)
• Basic editing skills using CapCut, Descript, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong English comprehension and clear communication
• Reliable internet and ability to meet short deadlines
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver

Preferred Skills


• Understanding of marketing videos or business promotions
• Experience editing AI avatars or voice-cloned videos
• Familiarity with adding subtitles, text overlays, and call-to-action graphics
