We are MASTR Sportswear, a fast-growing DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand based in the Netherlands. Our hero product is a patented pair of in-built shin guards, worn by over 50,000+ footballers.
We’re scaling hard on Meta
???? Your Role
You’ll take scripts, visual direction, and raw assets from our creative engine (Notion) and turn them into ready-to-run Meta video ads that drive clicks, conversions, and ROAS.
We’re not looking for cinematic edits — we need direct-response, scroll-stopping creatives that follow ad formulas and proven hooks.
We’ll give you:
Fully written ad scripts
Shot-by-shot visual guidelines
B-roll, UGC, brand assets
Winning ad examples + editing SOPs
You’ll deliver:
Final edited video ads in 9:16 (sometimes 1:1)
With captions, bold CTAs, hooks, and transitions
Export-ready files (we upload to Meta)
???? Salary & Hours
$5–$10 USD per hour (depending on skill)
~10 hours/week to start
Weekly payout via Wise or PayPal
Room to grow to 20–30 hrs/week as we scale
? Requirements
Experience editing Meta video ads (not just reels or TikToks)
Strong understanding of DTC ad structure: hook ? offer ? urgency
Skilled with Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or Final Cut
Comfortable following a brief and hitting deadlines
Good English & communication
???? Bonus Points If You:
Have edited for DTC brands or sportswear/fitness products
Can add sound effects, light motion graphics, overlays
Know how to source b-roll or stock to fill visual gaps
Stay updated on what’s trending in Meta ad land

We are NOT an agency. We are a real brand scaling through paid social — and you’ll be working directly with the founder & creative team.
