We are searching a Product Research Assistant

As a Product Research Assistant, you’ll help us find new product opportunities that match our brand aesthetics and are suitable for the German & European market.

Your Responsibilities

Search for new fashion items (coats, blouses, trousers, jackets, etc.) on 1688, Alibaba, and AliExpress that match the LYS München style.

Identify reliable suppliers with strong ratings, fast delivery options, and consistent quality.
Collect and organize product details into our Weekly Product Sheet (images, prices, supplier link, notes).
Evaluate product-market fit: modern, elegant, clean, neutral tones, EU-friendly.
Monitor fashion trends via Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and major marketplaces.
Provide a weekly report
Communicate with the LYS team for feedback and final selections.

Required Skills
Fluent in English
Familiar with 1688 / AliExpress sourcing
Detail-oriented & visually selective (understands the LYS aesthetic)
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
Reliable and organized working style
