About the Role

As a Junior Python Developer, you will play a critical role in building tools that generate synthetic data, automate validation, and streamline reporting workflows. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and data specialists to deliver solutions that are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Python, PySide6, pandas, and openpyxl. The ideal candidate is logical, highly organized, and good at collaborating within a team setup.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop a submodel that generates realistic synthetic data from defined rules
• Build a simple, reliable PySide6 interface for setting parameters and exporting results
• Use pandas for data validation, transformation, and sampling
• Work with Excel files through openpyxl, handling styles, formulas, and templates
• Write clean automation logic and test workflows for consistent results
• Document processes, functions, and configuration options
• Collaborate with other developers using GitHub for version control, branching, and pull requests

What We're Looking For:
• Strong Python background (OOP, data processing, exception handling)
• Practical experience with PySide6, pandas, and openpyxl
• Hands-on GitHub experience (branching, merging, code reviews)
• Experience in automation projects or tools that reduce manual work
• Logical problem-solving and attention to detail
• Effective team communication, able to work in iterative sprints or shared repos
• Comfortable turning unclear rules into clear and testable code logic

Bonus points for:
• Tools used: GitHub, Python 3.10+, lightweight issue tracking, clear commit messages
• Bonus: experience with Faker, NumPy random generation, or simple statistical modeling
