About Us We are a premium, high-end real estate media company in San Jose, California. We provide premium quality photos, cinematic video, and 3D tours to top-producing real estate agents. We are founded by a former agent, so we understand the market and our clients' needs. We are growing fast and need a reliable, professional caller to join our team.

The Mission This is not a high-pressure, "boiler room" sales job. We have a proven, non-salesy, and consultative script that works.

Your primary mission is to be the professional first point of contact for our brand. You will be calling a warm list of real estate agents in our local market, following our script to build rapport, and booking qualified appointments for our founder to close.

Your Responsibilities:

Make 80-100 outbound calls daily within a 4-hour block (20 hours/week total).

Master and follow our proven call script and rebuttal guide.

Professionally represent our premium brand with a confident, friendly, and professional tone.

Manage leads and call tasks inside our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Accurately track call notes and dispositions.

The goal is to set qualified appointments and warm follow-ups, not to make a sale over the phone.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, sales development, or appointment setting.

Flawless, fluent English with a clear, professional, and confident tone. (This is our most important requirement).

Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel is a massive plus, but any CRM experience is fine).

A positive, resilient attitude. You will hear "no," and you must be able to stay motivated and polite.

Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, professional-sounding work environment (no background noise).
