We’re built on integrity, quality, and excellence — and we’re looking for a remote Client Success & Sales Support Specialist who shares those same values.

You’ll play a key role in helping customers, following up on leads, generating estimates, and supporting our Senior Estimator and sales team.

This position blends client communication, sales outreach, and estimating — perfect for someone confident, organized, and eager to grow long-term with a U.S.-based company.



Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to new customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Communicate professionally with customers about our services
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate new opportunities
• Follow up on open leads, quotes, and previous clients to re-engage interest
• Prepare and send estimates for:
•. Weekly or bi-weekly lawn mowing services
• Turf management programs (fertilization, weed control, etc.)
• Standard landscape cleanups (spring/fall cleanups, mulch refresh, trimming, etc.)
• Use our CRM (Service Autopilot) to manage leads, send estimates, and record communications
• Coordinate with our Senior Estimator for complex or larger project quotes
• Track lead conversions and maintain an organized follow-up system
• Build strong relationships with customers by ensuring smooth communication and excellent service



Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident speaking with U.S. customers over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate estimates
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
• Fast learner — able to understand service details and pricing structures
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Available to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time)

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience in the landscaping, lawn care, or home services industry
• Familiarity with Service Autopilot CRM
• Background in sales, estimating, or appointment setting
• Understanding of basic lawn care or landscaping terminology
