Video Editor - DaVinci Resolve Expert

We are a sector-leading training and consulting company serving clients across North America. We help organizations run better meetings, make better decisions, and strengthen their teams.

We’re looking for a Philippines-based Video Editor who is highly skilled in DaVinci Resolve and passionate about creating professional, visually engaging content. You’ll be responsible for editing videos for social media, online courses, and client projects — bringing our brand to life through clean, polished storytelling.

This is a part-time, long-term position (20 hours per week) with the potential to grow as our company expands.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Edit video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
-Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips, reels, and highlights.
-Edit training and course videos for pacing, flow, and clarity.
-Add graphics, captions, transitions, and branding elements in DaVinci Resolve.
-Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to deliver final videos optimized for posting.
-Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all content.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

-Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (non-negotiable).
-Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
-Experience editing for social media and online learning platforms.
-Understanding of aspect ratios, resolution, and export settings for multiple platforms.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

-Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
-Familiarity with color correction and audio mixing.
-Experience with simple motion graphics.
-Understanding of marketing-driven content (bonus points if you think like a marketer!).
