Virtual Assistant – Your Doggie Dreams (BFCM Temporary, Potential for Permanent Management)

Description:
Your Doggie Dreams, part of HorizonOH Group, is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to support our fast-paced e-commerce operations during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. This temporary position has the potential to grow into a permanent management role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Assist with product listings, pricing updates, and promotional content on our store

Manage social media posts, engagement, and campaign scheduling

Support advertising campaigns, including platform-specific tools (experience with Warhead platform a plus)

Design and schedule email marketing campaigns using GetResponse

Provide light customer service and order support, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and promotions

Requirements / Preferred Experience:

Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or virtual assistant roles

Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other online store platforms

Comfortable using social media for business promotion (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Experience with Warhead platform is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
