Inside Sales Associate (CANADIAN Real Estate/Accounting Experience Required)

Job Purpose:

The ISA handles outbound prospecting only. They make calls, send texts and emails, and follow up with brokerages and agents to book meetings for the closer and the sales support worker.

STRICT REQUIREMENT

Only candidates with verified Canadian Real Estate experience will be considered. Do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make daily outbound calls to brokerages and agents from our CRM.

- Follow scripts to identify pain points and interest.

- Qualify leads and book appointments for the closer and the client via the sales support worker.

- Once booked, the process follows the same path handled by the sales support worker thereafter.

- Maintain all communication and notes in CRM.

- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach KPIs.
