We’re looking for a dependable and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator, someone who doesn’t just make things look good, but truly cares about consistency, storytelling, and growth.
You’ll be working inside
Your main focus will be content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
As trust builds, you’ll have more freedom to shape campaigns and bring your own ideas to life.
Work Setup & Compensation
- Remote, part-time: 4 hours daily (approx. 20 hrs/week)
- Starting rate: $5–7/hr (USD) depending on skill and experience
- Weekly payments for the first 2 months, then biweekly/monthly once trust is established
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars
- Create branded graphics, templates, and posts using Canva
- Draft captions, stories, and posts aligned with our brand voice and campaign goals
- Schedule content and track basic performance metrics
- Maintain organized communication and updates
- Collaborate for reviews, feedback, and content alignment
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
- Strong Canva and content creation portfolio (required)
- Familiar with scheduling tools, Notion, and Dropbox
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
- Strong communication skills and consistent work ethic
