Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and setting appointments for our technicians. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound or inbound calls to potential customers.

Explain our air duct cleaning services clearly and confidently

Schedule appointments and confirm details with clients

Update customer information accurately in our system

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and booking goals

Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and tea ---------- mbers

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication and phone skills

Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center work preferred

Strong persuasion and listening skills

Reliable internet connection

Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality

Basic computer skills
