JOB OVERVIEW

**About the Role:**

We’re looking for an experienced **Domo Developer / Data Dashboard Specialist** to help us create a clean, professional, and dynamic dashboard for our property management business.

We already have a **Google Sheet file** that contains all the data. The goal is to **build an interactive Domo dashboard** that displays key property metrics in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand layout.

**Main Objectives:**

1. Integrate data** from Google Sheets into Domo.
2. Design a dashboard** that presents key metrics for each property (data visuals, performance indicators, etc.).
3. Set up role-based access:**

* Each property owner can only view data for their properties.
* Example:
**Capital Manor** owner can view Capital Manor, the Hartfords, and Shaw (OCG group).
**Nevada New Builds** owner can view Birch.
4. Ensure the dashboard is **visually appealing, easy to navigate, and owner-ready.**

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience building dashboards in **Domo**
* Strong understanding of **Google Sheets data integration**
* Ability to implement **row-level security / role-based access** in Domo
* Experience in **data visualization and dashboard design best practices**
* Excellent communication and attention to detail

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience working with property management or performance metrics
* Familiarity with automations and report scheduling in Domo
