SEO Specialist (Real Estate)

We are looking for a high-level SEO specialist who can take ownership of ranking multiple “sell your land” websites nationwide. You will start part-time ranking one website.

We buy land directly from landowners and generate leads through our websites. We have multiple sites that need ongoing optimization, content planning, and authority-building.

This is NOT a basic “VA SEO” job.
We are looking for someone who:

- Understands SEO strategy, not just execution

- Can plan content architecture + internal linking intentionally

- Knows how to build authority safely (no spam links)

- Can measure and report ranking progress and organic lead growth

We want someone who has done this before successfully.

???? Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

On-Site SEO

- Auditing current sites for technical SEO issues and improvements

- Optimizing meta titles, descriptions, H1/H2 structure, schema, internal linking

- Increasing topical authority across land selling topics

Content Strategy

- Planning long-form guides and FAQ content around land selling

- Writing engaging and SEO optimized content

- Ensuring content is accurate, helpful, and not generic AI fluff

Authority & Link Building

- Creating/Updating branded citations

- Outreach for legitimate guest posts / niche edits (no PBN spam)

- Identifying safe link opportunities that increase trust + authority

Tracking & Reporting

- Keyword tracking

- Monthly performance reports (rankings, traffic, conversions)

???? Required Experience

You must have:

- 3+ years of real SEO experience (not just course knowledge)

- Proven ranking results

- Can explain SEO strategy clearly and logically

- Experience with WordPress

- Experience using Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Surfer, or similar

- Strong written English for on-page and content briefs

Bonus (not required):

- Experience in real estate / land / home buyers niche

- You rely on PBNs, spam blog networks, or Fiverr backlinks

- You cannot explain how to evaluate link quality

- You cannot show proof of rankings you achieved

- Part-time to start (10 hours/week), with long-term full-time potential

- Starting pay: $5 / hour
