Rockstar Website Designer

I need someone to set up a website for my service business. I would like a portal for my clients to log into, signup for my services, entire their credit card information, set charge limits, etc. Would also be nice if it could like to my goauto dial but not necessary.

I host my site on Godaddy with Cpanel.
