We’re seeking a designer who can elevate our digital presence through thoughtful, cohesive design. The goal is to create visually engaging and strategically crafted materials that strengthen our brand and enhance the user experience across every platform.
What you’ll do:
- Design web pages, landing pages, and digital assets using Figma and Canva
- Create marketing visuals, graphics, and templates for web and social platforms
- Work with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation
- Maintain brand consistency across websites,
- Regularly enhance layouts and visual elements for better aesthetics and user experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong design sense and attention to visual detail
- Experience with Figma (layouts, wireframes, prototypes) and Canva (graphics, social media content)
- Understanding of responsive design and basic UX/UI principles
- Ability to balance creativity with clarity and usability
- Great communication and accountability skills
Bonus if you:
- Have experience designing within WordPress / Elementor, or understand how design decisions affect development
- Know how to optimize visuals for performance — balancing image quality and site speed
- Can build reusable design systems or templates that make team collaboration easier
- Have worked with marketing or content teams to align design with campaign goals
- Understand how good design supports conversion and user experience
Work Hours:
- Must be available 11 AM – 7 PM EST
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
- $4.5/hr
