Your mission: Drive qualified leads through dominant local SEO and strategic social media that resonates with our high-caliber clientele.
You’ll own our digital presence end-to-end, driving organic leads from search and social, growing brand authority, and ensuring the business dominates the Dallas market for executive fitness.
Your Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan and launch Meta Ads
Audit and refine existing Google Ads campaigns for improved performance
Create ad copy and visuals aligned with premium brand voice and aesthetic
Technical Setup & Optimization:
Set up complete tracking infrastructure (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager)
Optimize conversion events and attribution
Build retargeting audiences and nurture sequences
Test, measure, and optimize for sustainable cost-per-lead targets
Reporting & Scaling:
Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and next steps
Scale campaigns strategically once targets are consistently met
You're the Right Fit If You Have:
Proven experience running Meta and/or Google Ads for local lead generation (service-based or premium brands preferred)
Portfolio or screenshots demonstrating CPL improvements and ROI growth you've achieved
Market understanding of competitive metros like Dallas and marketing to high-income demographics
Strong creative instincts for copywriting and visual direction that resonate with executive audiences
Technical proficiency: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tag Manager, GA4, Canva, Looker Studio
Data-driven and independent, you optimize based on performance, not guesswork
What Your Application Must Include:
1. Portfolio: Examples of ad accounts you've managed (blur client names if needed for confidentiality)
2. Performance Proof: Before/after data on Cost per Lead or ROI (screenshots strongly preferred)
3. Your 30-Day Game Plan: Short paragraph describing your approach to this role in the first month
4. Rate Expectation: Your hourly rate or monthly retainer requirement

Compensation & Structure
Commitment: Part-time (approximately 15 hours/week)
Base Rate: Competitive, based on experience and proven results
Performance Bonus: Additional compensation tied to lead volume and cost-per-lead improvement
