THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and versatile Designer to join our growing international marketing and product development team. You will design everything from product labels and packaging to websites, landing pages, and marketing assets used across our brands and client campaigns.
Your work will directly shape the visual identity of our nutraceutical brands and marketing funnels across Europe. You will collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and the CEO to create visuals that convert — designs that are beautiful, compliant, and performance-driven.
We develop products and brands both for our own companies and for our clients, including established businesses and well-known influencers. This position requires creativity, precision, and a strong sense of structure to manage many design projects simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design product labels, packaging, and marketing materials for nutraceutical products.
- Create landing pages, advertorials, and website layouts that align with conversion goals.
- Develop cohesive brand identities across multiple brands and product lines.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, copywriters, media buyers, and product developers to bring new ideas to life.
- Work with our Product Development Assistant to design compliant and attractive labels with correct ingredient and regulatory information.
- Produce design assets for A/B testing, such as different page layouts, color schemes, or visual elements.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all touchpoints, including digital and print.
- Use AI tools and design software to generate creative ideas and improve workflow efficiency.
- Organize and maintain structured design files and documentation for easy access and future use.
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback and performance data.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in graphic design, web design, or digital marketing design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing label design, website/landing-page design, and marketing assets.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, or Figma.
- Good understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Experience preparing print-ready files for labels and packaging.
- Comfortable working with responsive design for web and mobile.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
- A reliable home-office setup with a computer, fast and stable internet connection, webcam, and headset.
- Availability to work during Central European Standard Time (CEST) hours.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote team.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience designing for nutraceutical, wellness, or consumer product brands.
- Understanding of conversion-focused design and landing-page optimization.
- Familiarity with web-building platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
- Ability to create simple animations or motion graphics for video ads.
- Knowledge of packaging compliance standards and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and multiple brands.
- Awareness of modern UI/UX design trends and usability principles.
