THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Meta advertising strategy and execution. Our campaigns run across multiple European countries and languages, and you will be responsible for managing and scaling them with precision and creativity.
Until now, we have managed our Meta campaigns in-house in collaboration with agencies. Going forward, we are insourcing the function completely and building it from scratch internally — just as we have successfully done with Google, native, and display advertising. You will play a very important role in leading this transition and shaping our Meta media buying into a high-performing growth engine. This is a senior-level position where your expertise and decisions will directly drive growth across our brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and own the Meta
- Manage and scale campaigns across Europe in multiple languages.
- Lead the transition from a mixed in-house/agency setup to a fully insourced model.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing.
- Continuously test ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Monitor budgets and KPIs closely, providing clear reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Stay ahead of Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices — bringing new opportunities into play.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Meta Ads Media Buyer or Manager.
- Track record of successfully managing large budgets (six figures or more).
- Expertise across Meta Ads platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and tracking tools (Pixel, Conversions API).
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
- A reliable home office setup with a computer, fast and stable internet connection, webcam, and headset.
- Availability to work during Central European Standard Time (CEST) hours.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills (enough to work effectively in an international team).
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid media platforms.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) models.
- Experience working in international, multi-language markets.
- Background in fast-scaling teams or startups.
- Experience working with nutraceutical products or other regulated consumer goods.
- Experience creating advertorials, listicles, and other conversion-focused ad formats.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven creative optimization.
- Proven ability to conceptualize, script, and produce ads, including video ads and VSLs, ideally using AI tools such as Sora 2, Midjourney, or similar.
