About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist from the Philippines who can fully manage and optimize our digital lead generation system using GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google My Business (GMB).
The right person will take ownership of our marketing funnels, ad campaigns, and online presence — bringing in at least 30+ qualified roofing leads/month while maintaining a healthy cost per lead.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM (funnels, automations, email/SMS campaigns).
Run and monitor Google Ads + Facebook/Instagram Ads for roofing and home services.
Optimize and post weekly on Google My Business (GMB).
Create monthly performance reports (ads, traffic, and conversion rates).
Track and analyze leads using Google Sheets / GHL Dashboards.
Propose new ad creative ideas to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
Proven results with GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of funnel optimization, landing pages, and CPL tracking.
Excellent English communication.
Reliable and proactive — must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Comfortable with tools like Zapier, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Nice to Have:
Experience with roofing, construction, HVAC, or home services marketing.
SEO knowledge and local ranking experience (GMB).
Work Setup:
Fully Remote (Philippines)
Must have 2–3 hours overlap with Pacific Time (WA, USA)
Reports directly to company owner (Wilson Massambani)
Compensation:
Starting $10–$15/hour USD (depending on experience and results)
Performance bonuses for exceeding lead goals
