About Us
We are a fast-paced property management and real estate company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Office Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong prior experience in property management support and office administration, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Track and record all income and expenses, reconcile accounts, manage payables/receivables, and prepare monthly financial reports.

Calendar & Task Management: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines for leadership and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Bills Tracking & Payments: Monitor vendor invoices, ensure timely bill payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Staff Oversight: Assist in supervising team performance, monitor assigned tasks, and ensure accountability across staff and contractors.

Rent Collection & Reporting: Manage rent collections through tenant portals, follow up on delinquencies, and prepare collection reports.

Payroll Administration: Process staff payroll accurately and on time, including contractor payments.

Administrative Operations: Support daily business operations by organizing documents, updating records, and ensuring systems run smoothly.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, and Virtual Assistant in property management or real estate (required).

Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills (QuickBooks or similar software preferred).

Experience with property management platforms (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar).

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
