We're a growing e-commerce business looking for an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant (VA). You'll be the central hub for managing our Amazon and Shopify operations, handling customer service, and jumping in to learn the ropes on Wayfair.

???? Quick heads-up: We are only considering applicants with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on, experience managing Amazon Seller Central & Shopify. ????

What You'll Be Doing to Help Us Grow
This role requires someone who is a quick learner and can work on their own initiative to keep our operations smooth and our customers happy.

Core Marketplace & Store Management (Amazon & Shopify):

Work on our Amazon Seller Central account—creating and optimizing listings, and all account FBM management.

Perform general tasks within Shopify, including inventory management, and order processing.

New Platform Opportunity (Wayfair):

Begin managing our Wayfair account, primarily focusing on listings. (No previous Wayfair experience is required—you'll learn it on the job!)

Customer Happiness Guru: This involves handling all customer service communications—including emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages—across all platforms.

Daily Logistics & Inventory: This is crucial for our warehouse!

You'll update and confirm inventory levels across all our marketplaces at the end of each day.

You'll also accurately put together and send the daily list of orders to our Warehouse team for immediate processing.

What We're Looking For
Experience is Mandatory: A 3+ years of experience actively managing Amazon Seller Central & Shopify.

Self-Starter: You must be able to work on your own initiative and solve problems without constant supervision.

Quick Learner: Eager to learn new platforms (like Wayfair) and adapt to new processes quickly.

Communication Star: Comfortable and professional handling customer service across all channels, including phone support.

Tech Savvy: Highly familiar with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms.

Reliable workspace, internet, and a great attitude!
