Viral Video Sourcing & TikTok Shoppable Video Specialist

Mission
Source winning viral videos, organize them, and turn them into high-performing shoppable posts—while optimizing product pages and attaching those videos to the correct products in TikTok Shop.

Core Responsibilities
- Daily hunt for viral/relevant videos (niche/hashtag/competitor/creator); log links/metrics/notes.
- Obtain usage rights where needed; track proof of permission.
- Download approved videos and file to structured Dropbox folders.
- Upload as Shoppable Videos (or product media), attach correct products, and optimize hooks/captions/hashtags.
- Optimize product listings: titles, bullets, benefits, FAQs, images/covers, keywords.
- Ensure each product has attached videos in Seller Center.
- A/B test covers, first-3-seconds hooks, captions, and posting times.
- Report performance and scale/stop recommendations.

KPIs
- Qualified viral videos/day (target: 10–30 as briefed).
- 100% assets with verified permission.
- Upload-to-publish turnaround time.
- ?talog with ?2 attached videos.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong sense of why videos go viral (hook/pacing/angle).
- TikTok Shop know-how: attaching products, shoppable setup, product media.
- SEO-style metadata; organized Dropbox management.

Tools
TikTok app & Seller Center, Dropbox, Google Sheets/Notion, CapCut or similar download/edit utilities, optional: SnapTik-style downloaders*.

Compensation
$2–$4 per hour (contract; 20 hrs/week).
